Despite regular outreach efforts, the client’s internal team was unable to maintain a reliable pool of night-shift-ready candidates. About the Client

A UK-based healthcare staffing agency, operating for over 8 years, providing nurses and HCAs to NHS trusts and private hospitals across the country. Their core need was rapid response coverage for night shifts, which had seen a fulfilment rate below 50% for three consecutive months.
