After nearly a decade in healthcare recruitment, I moved to Sri Lanka to establish CCMS. My experience with two of the UK’s largest industry leaders gave me firsthand insight into full 360 recruitment, from headhunting to business development.

Recognising a gap in the market for a high-quality outsourcing provider, I founded CCMS with a commitment to transparency, reliability, and excellence. Today, CCMS is a trusted partner for some of the industry’s biggest players, delivering on our promise of quality. Since our inception in late 2018, we’ve grown from just 5 team members to over 250.
